Sue Penkivech

Website: http://suepenkivech.wordpress.com

After years spent in such diverse occupations as human resources and information technology, Sue Penkivech finally decided to take a stab at writing. Her first short story was published in 2008 in “Barren Worlds”, an anthology by Hadley Rille Press, and has sold another to the forthcoming "Infinity Swords" anthology (tentatively 2010). She's currently working on the further adventures of Douglas and Virginia in the Multiversal Time Protection Unit.

When not writing, Sue works as a bookfair merchandiser, spends time with her family, reviews books for Scholastic, and reads anything she can get her hands on. Visit her on the web at suepenkivech.wordpress.com.

Neal Bohl

E-mail: neal@fantasticpulp.com

Neal Bohl was born in a hospital shortly after a plane crashed in the parking lot. He then went to the new house his parents just bought across the street from a major airport. Surprisingly, an aircraft hasn't fallen on him. Yet.

He currently lives in Arizona (The Facepalm State) with his family, two cats, and entirely too many objects. His current projects include this website, a Superhero-centered boardgame, a couple of ongoing serial fictions, and numerous things that will probably never see the light of day.

Michael Schultz

Michael lives a life of adventure. If you call adventure
deciding to go and get an English degree in his 30’s. A bit
young to have enjoyed the pulps when they originally came
out, he gained an appreciation for them through the unlikely
road of early 1980’s adventure television. Looking for
similarly entertaining fare, he saw the Alec Baldwin “The
Shadow”
movie, and spent the next several weeks
reading all he could about The Shadow and his
contemporaries. Ever since he’s dreamed of finding a way to
bring this appreciation to others, which helped lead him
here.

When not reading about pulps, he writes pulp-inspired
stories and watches bad movies. He lives in Milwaukee with
his parents and several cats.

Iain Mackenzie

E-mail: drekal@gmail.com

A lifelong geek, and darn proud of it! Iain grew up as a fan of science fiction - particularly Doctor Who - and as a consequence has an imagination far too vivid for his own good!

Iain lives in Scotland, in a town called Penicuik near Edinburgh, where he spends his spare time writing, writing and writing some more.

Little gives him more joy than the notion of entertaining another person. Or, failing that, directing someone towards something another made which is entertaining. His life's work is to make you smile. Yes, you personally.

Derrick Ferguson

Much like removing a bandaid I suppose the best way to get through this is to rip it off as quickly as possible, accept the pain and move on:

My name is Derrick Ferguson and I'm from Brooklyn, New York where I've lived most of my life. Married for 27 years to the wonderful Patricia Cabbagestalk-Ferguson who lets me get away with far more than is good for me.

My interests include old radio shows, classic pulps from the 30's/40's, comic books, fan fiction, Star Trek, pop culture, science fiction, animation, television and movies...oh yeah...movies. I'm currently the co-host of the podcast BETTER IN THE DARK where my partner Thomas Deja and I rant and rave about movies on a bi-weekly basis.

My primary love is reading and writing and I've written five books to date:

Dillon And The Voice of Odin, my love letter to classic pulp action/adventure with a modern flavor and the sequel, Dillon And The Legend of The Golden Bell

Derrick Ferguson's Movie Review Notebook and it's sequel The Return of Derrick Ferguson's Movie Review Notebook.

Diamondback Vol I: It Seemed Like A Good Idea At The Time, a spaghetti western disguised as a modern day gangster/crime thriller.

Anything else you'd like to know about me, just ask.
